This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through https://cosmowisdom.com/. It explains the delivery methods, estimated delivery timeframes, shipping charges, and other important information relating to the shipment of physical goods purchased from our Website.
Cosmo Wisdom sells physical products, including but not limited to tarot cards, amulets, crystals, magic balls, ritual accessories, books, mats, boards, and similar items. All delivery timeframes provided on the Website or in this Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders are typically processed after payment has been successfully confirmed by our third-party payment provider. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the Website or in connection with a specific product.
After a successful purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation by email, which may include an invoice or similar purchase record. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the customer will receive a separate email notification confirming that the parcel has been shipped, together with any available shipping or tracking information.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The delivery estimates set out below refer to the estimated transit time after dispatch.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch where necessary for stock verification, address verification, fraud checks, force majeure events, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All shipping charges stated in this Policy are shown in EUR. If another currency is selected on the Website, the applicable delivery rates in that currency will be displayed accordingly on the Website and/or at checkout. We currently deliver to the countries listed in this Policy and/or at checkout. Availability of delivery to a particular destination may change at any time due to courier availability, legal restrictions, customs issues, operational limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently offer delivery to that destination.
All delivery timeframes provided on the Website, at checkout, in confirmation emails, or in this Policy are approximate only. They are estimates based on normal courier performance and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Cosmo Wisdom shall not be liable for delays in delivery where such delays are outside our reasonable control.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other local clearance fees depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.
Orders delivered within the European Economic Area (EEA) are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes. However, customers are advised that local rules may vary and should review the applicable import conditions in their destination country.
For shipments to the United Kingdom (UK), any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees will be covered by us.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the import requirements, customs rules, and local regulations of their destination country before placing an order. COSMO WISDOM LTD shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, confiscation, import refusal, or unsuccessful delivery caused by customs procedures, import restrictions, or local laws and regulations in the destination country.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, fails to collect the parcel, or does not respond to courier contact, the parcel may be returned, held, destroyed, or otherwise handled in accordance with the courier’s procedures.
In such cases, we shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from the failed delivery. Any reshipment may be subject to an additional shipping charge. Any refund request in such circumstances will be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, or upon the goods being made available for delivery where the customer fails to take delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with COSMO WISDOM LTD until full payment for the order, including any applicable delivery charges, has been received.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected] and provide your order details together with photographic evidence where applicable.
If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, we may ask you to allow a reasonable investigation period with the courier before a replacement or refund decision is made.
We reserve the right to assess claims relating to damaged, lost, or missing parcels based on courier records, tracking data, delivery confirmation, photographs, and any other relevant evidence.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, customs inspections, border controls, transport failures, industrial action, weather conditions, public emergencies, government action, cyber incidents, or force majeure events.
Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant shipping delays.
Where an order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to dispatch items separately if necessary for operational, stock, or logistical reasons. In such cases, you will not be charged additional shipping unless clearly stated before completion of the order.
